General RENTAL CONDITIONS


CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT BY THE CLIENT

Cancellation occur the following will be charged as a penalty:

  • 90 days before arrival > 10% of the amount of the reserve
  • 90 and 60 days prior to arrival > 30% of the amount of the reserve
  • 60 and 30 days before the arrival date > 50% of the amount of the reserve
  • 30 days before the arrival date > 100% of the reservation
  • No show > 100% of total stay

There will be no fertilizer if the client desists from the services voluntarily before their stay.

CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT BY DENIASOL

In the event that unforeseen and not attributable to the company because, accommodation could not be occupied, the company will provide the customer with alternative accommodation of equal or superior characteristics without reimbursement anywhere.

INTERPRETATION OF FEES

The prices shown on the website are per room per day, based on the stated period.In July and August, the minimum stay is 7 nights with arrivals and departures Saturdays.

CONDITIONS OF ENGAGEMENT AND PAYMENTS

You. May make your reservation online or by phone. You will receive a written confirmation of it in the shortest possible time. Within 5 days from the confirmation, you must pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation. The payment will be by bank transfer to the account indicated on the booking confirmation. Deniasol reserves the right to cancel the reservation if after 5 days from the confirmation has not been received such payment of 30%.

The remaining payment (70%) must be paid in our office on the day of arrival plus damage deposit.

INCLUDED SERVICES

Electricity, water, gas, sheets and towels , cleaning and VAT.

EXTRA SERVICES

  • Extra bed: 40 € / week
  • Baby cot: 30 € / week
  • High chair: 20 € / week
  • Pets: 40 € / week (if they are allowed in the house)
  • Radiator: 20 € / week
  • Air Conditioning: € 60 / week
  • Wi-fi: 40 € / 15 gigabyte

COLLECTION OF KEYS AND DEPARTURES

Key collection will be 16.00 to 8:00 p.m. at our office, delivering a presentation ID card or passport of all the occupants of the housing.

Check Out is before 10.00 am.

GUARANTEE DEPOSIT

SPECIAL REQUESTS

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

The occupation of the accommodation by an amount greater than that established in the reservation people, will cause immediate expulsion without right to refund of the reservation.

The tenant / client is obliged to leave the accommodation in good condition, collected and presentable, otherwise Deniasol reserves the right to cover any extra cleaning costs through bail.

The tenant must respect the neighbors and the Rules of the homeowners to belonging accommodation. In the case of negligence or inappropriate behavior Deniasol reserves the right to cancel the rental agreement with immediate effect and without notice. In this case Deniasol will have no obligation to repay the amount of rent paid by the customer.

CLAIMS

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT - DEPOSIT

All accommodations request a guarantee deposit upon arrival, to be deposited in cash.

CAPACITY OF APARTMENTS

When booking, the customer is responsible for the number of people to occupy the apartment, including children regardless of their age. If a higher number of people including children, beach-flats offer declines all responsibility for possible admission in the apartments.
